Want to work for more! magazine?

We're looking for a Digital & Entertainment Intern!

Being an intern is one of the best ways of starting out in the magazine industry - you get exciting opportunites and build up real experience that will help develop your career. It's hard work but lots of fun and very rewarding.

The job advert:

With a genuine passion and enthusiasm for all things digital, social and celeb, you’ve got your finger on the pulse at all times. You’re on Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Foursquare, GetGlue, Instagram, Stamped, Pinterest – and that’s just for starters. You know your TOWIE from your Take Me Out and have an encyclopedic knowledge of X Factor contestents 2004-present. You love to write, blog, vlog and you’re bursting with ideas on what a brand like more! could be doing online and which celebs we should be featuring in the magazine.

The pace of a weekly magazine does not faze you, nor does the idea of being sent to a red carpet to grab some words with Robert Pattinson before going onto a launch party to get fashion quotes from Fearne Cotton. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital and showbiz junkie.

How to apply: This is a full-time paid internship for up to 12 months, based at our Covent Garden office. Send your CV, along with a cover letter, a 150 word critique of more! magazine’s digital presence, along with 5 celebrities you think we should feature in the mag (and where we should feature them) to: Alison Perry, Executive Editor, more!, Endeavour House, 189 Shaftesbury Avenue, London WC2H 8JG, by Friday January 20, 2012.

To give you an idea of what being an intern is like, watch this video of Georgina, who was our Features Intern last year (she's now our Junior Features Writer - see what can happen when you're an amazing intern?!) take you through an average day.
