Today we're obsessed with...
Is love making us fat?!
Love it or hate it, the one plus of Valentines Day is that loads of the girls in the office got chocolate - and those of us who are single indulged heavily in buying it for each other.
But just as we're polishing off those last few tasty morsels, we're a little alarmed to read that 90% of women gain weight when they settle down with a partner.
Shockingly, the research found that women gain an average of 16lbs once they've found love, with 56% of us starting to add inches to our waistlines just four to six months into the relationship.
Lighter Life, who conducted the survey, found that most of those who admitted to gaining weight felt that cosy nights in with their new man were to blame, with one in five saying they no longer worried about their body as they were so content.
Even celebrities fall prey to the trap of adding a little padding once they've found Mr Right - just look at Christina Aguilera who recently defended her weight-gain my insisting her man loves her fuller figure.
What do you think, Moreos? Is it OK to let yourself go a bit once you've found your dream man, or should you try to maintain the figure he fell in love with in the first place? We can't wait to hear your thoughts!
