Today we're obsessed with...
Loving our bodies!
When you looked in the mirror before you headed to work, college or uni this morning, you might have looked at your legs and thought you'd like them to be slimmer. Or pinched your arms, worrying they aren't toned enough. Maybe when you were in the shower, you thought you had a bit of extra weight around your tummy? With Christmas coming up, it can be a worry that your party dress won't fit when it comes to that work Christmas do, or when you put your party dress on for New Year.
When 2012 rolls around, we'll probably start worrying again that we've put on a bit of weight over Christmas and try another fad diet only to end up miserable and craving chocolate. So this morning, we're saying 'No!' to the diet, and 'No!' to negativity about our gorgeous bodies. Instead, we're celebrating our curves and talking about what parts of our body we love.
And we're not the only ones who have been celebrating beautiful bodies lately. The inspirational ladies from Models of Diversity threw a fantastic fashion show last week, breaking the mould for catwalk fashion as plus sized models and ladies who were missing limbs lead their way down the runway with pride, all to raise money for the Advance Centre.
There were also some faces we recognised from TV at the event such as Kelly Knox, who won BBC's Britain's Missing Top Model, and ex-Eastenders star, Natalie Cassidy, all supporting the cause that all of our bodies are beautiful. All the ladies at the show were flying the flag for curvy girls and strutted their stuff down the catwalks in gorgeous gowns and chic underwear. We love seeing women who are confident about their bodies, and we were blown away by these ladies.
We want to know what your favourite part of your body is and whether you think you'd have the confidence to walk the fashion runway. Tell us by commenting below. And if you're going out tonight, instead of thinking something bad about your body when you put on your LBD, think about what you love, whether it's your boobs, your legs, your arms or even your hair
