How can I stop my lips drying out in the winter? Sarah Silton

Hi Sarah, this is something that naturally happens in the winter due to a combo of the drop in temperature and central heating. It's a classic but The Body Shop's Lipscuff is amazing at getting rid of the dry skin fast and then moisturising your lips. The beauty team have also been using Clinique's Almost Lipstick Balms to moisturise and add a hint of colour.

Hi more!. My back keeps getting really spotty and it’s really getting me down. Do you know why this might be and what I can do to get rid of the spots? Thanks. Rebecca Morgrave

Hi Rebecca, it’s hard to exfoliate your back, so the build up of dry skin cells may be causing these spots. We recommend using a long-handled natural bristle brush in the shower like Elemis Body Brush, which should really help. If this still doesn’t solve the problem, try seeing a dermatologist who will be able to give you some alternative solutions.

My nails keep chipping all the time! It’s soooo annoying, especially when I’ve paid loads for a manicure recently and can’t afford another one lol. Can you recommend anything which might stop this happening? Abigail Saunders

Hi Abigail, we know the feeling! Manicures are amazing but sometimes very pricey. Our favourite top coat is Jessica’s Top Priority. It works like a gel to seal in the colour on your nails, so you shouldn’t have a problem afterwards. If you do feel them starting to chip or look dull, just reapply another coat and it’ll freshen them up and lock the colour in again. We had our nails done recently, used this on top and a week later they still looked fab!
